Renewal Request

Dear EFAO Member:

Our records show that your membership expired with the past issue of our newsletter. Recently, we having been trying to improve our methods of doing membership renewals. For your ongoing reference, we now record your expiry date on the newsletter address label. When your final newsletter goes out, it is stamped with a red `TIME TO RENEW' notice. If we haven't received your renewal when releasing the next newsletter, we send you the cover with this note inside. All this is done with volunteer time, so the sooner you respond, the more effort directors and other volunteers can put to planning tours, workshops, and other EFAO activities.

We don't want to loose you as a member. We don't want you to miss the newsletter and all the interesting things that EFAO is reporting on. Please fill out the membership form and send it in today. (Please send your old address label as well.)

If you have any questions, or think our records may be inaccurate please contact Ruth Knight, 519-367-5531.

This will be your final notice so please renew today.

Thanks,

Tony McQuail,
